Hershel Meadows

Hershel Meadows leads Pure Water Resources dealer sales support and business development segment while also actively working in mergers and acquisitions. Hershel began his career in 1986 as regional manager for business development at Continental Water Systems of Oklahoma focusing on growth in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas. Hershel later joined U.S Filter in a similar and expanded role as South Central Business Unit Manager. During his career Hershel has also served in similar growth and business development roles at Pure Water Solutions and Mar Cor Purification.
While at Pure Water Solutions, Hershel and Rob Simmons (see above) grew revenue by approximately 4X before Pure Water Solutions was acquired by a national publicly traded company. Hershel also served as a key leader and operations manager during this time of dynamic growth. After joining Mar Cor Purification while serving as regional sale manager Hershel was responsible for over 25% growth in revenue in his territory. During his career at Mar Cor Purification Hershel was named commercial and industrial water national sales manager of the year in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Hershel attended the Wilson Counselor Sales Training Program, U. S Filter Leadership program both focused on sales, sales management and business development. He has also trained multiple sales teams on sales best practices, sales cycle, discovery agreements and business development.
